My 9 year old daughter and I went this morning to get mani/pedi and I wanted a full set with design. First off the total was over $200!!! Then my daughter’s nails chipped and when we went to ask them to fix it the lady kept saying they were really busy as she was fixing it!!! I wanted a full set with manicure and she just started putting on the acrylics without even doing the manicure. When I was done she passed me off the the guy to do the cuticles and massage and it was really rushed! The nails came out pretty but the service and prices suck!!!

I had a 9:30 apt, walked in right behind the operators and sat down, first client there. They never acknowledged me. A min later a couple walked in and they immediately acknowledged them asking what services they needed and proceeded to walk off, so I said I have a 9:30 apt, mani/pedi. The operator looked at me nervously, shook her head and said okay. A few mins later they call the couple back to start their pedicures and never said anything to me, as I was there first and had an appt. So I sat there a few more minutes and still no one said anything to me. So I got up and left. Horrible customer service, and I’m very inclined to say that if I was of the same race as the couple, I probably would have gotten waited on immediately.
