Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI’ve gone to this this place twice now and they have done an amazing job. I went yesterday and the person I had was Andy and he did an amazing job on my nails. They came out better than I could imagine and the prices are great. I will be coming back from now on.

Critical: Professionalism, Qualityin the past I’ve had such an amazing experience with this salon. I am going to be 100% honest I have never walked out of a salon with unfinished nails. My experience today resulted in me having to do just that. Not only was the male tech rude but he rushed through my full set so there was no cleaning of the cuticle, the powder was applied super thin, and when I told him I wasn’t happy with the shape he became defensive And honestly mean. Im 6 months pregnant and this was supposed to be a treat for myself to feel pretty and feminine instead I left with ugly nails and crying. I appreciate the employee who tried to help and fix the issue so that I could leave happy but the damage is done. My experience today resulted in me having to do just that. I visited Noire The Nail Bar this morning & had a wonderful experience. Lisa was my nail technician. During the consultation she advised me to try a gel manicure & pedicure citing the durability of gel nail polish which I did & I am very pleased with the result. I opted for a French Manicure. Lisa was pleasant and knowledgeable. The salon is clean & nicely decorated. I was offered a beverage of my choice which made for an even more pleasant experience. I also had my eyebrows waxed & shaped. I am pleased with the result as well.

I made an appointment for 12:45 pm. I get there and show the lady at the front desk what I want. I got charged $10 extra for what I had original scheduled my appointment for. I got seated at a pedicure station and waited 10 minutes for my feet to get started on. Meanwhile, 4 other ladies walked in and got theirs started on right away. After that my nails were next. I wanted French tip and I showed him the inspiration picture. He did nothing like what I showed him. The white is bulky, not fixed, the lines are not even right, and you can see where the glue and nail were applied. I asked him to fix it and it was as if it was a problem. Ms. Kim (did my pedicure) was amazing and fixed what was messed up. Henry (did my nails) was not very friendly and messed up what was supposed to be an amazing experience for me. No harm no foul done, just one visit is all it takes.

First time visiting this salon and won’t be returning. I’ve never had a $5 charge for removing what was left of a previous gel manicure. Tech told me to use dip powder instead and didn’t bother to even give a full manicure. Dipped some powder on, and called it a day. Way too expensive to not even have some lotion or cuticles cut down!
