I’m critical on designs and shape and they always check in with me every step of the way to make sure I like what they’re doing, that said if you have an issue be vocal about it because they don’t want you leaving unsatisfied. The use great quality products and love talking to their clients. The owner Wyn is super nice and friendly, I love when she does my nails, but all of her team do a great job as I’ve had almost all of them do my nails. I will say if possible, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! They’ve really blown up over the past few months and are always busy rain or shine. I’ve been going to Noire for almost 2 years now and LOVE them! From being friendly and professional they always deliver on my nails. I’m critical on designs and shape and they always check in with me every step of the way to make sure I like what they’re doing, that said if you have an issue be vocal about it because they don’t want you leaving unsatisfied. I cannot even begin to express how much I recommend this place. The amount of professionalism, patience, care and kindness shown by all the employees here was above and beyond! As a first time Mama of a one year old that had nowhere to leave my little wiggly one during my appointment I was blown away by the service these lovely folks provided us. They never once made me feel bad for bringing my child with me but rather helped me with him while my sister and I got our nails done. My nails not only look FANTASTIC but I’m so so so happy to have gotten the chance to do this as I don’t even remember the last time I was able to have my nails done. I will definitely be coming back here again and I recommend them to anyone if you’re on the fence. God bless you all NOIRE staff, y’all are such good people!

I was very much looking forward to trying this place out after seeing the wonderful reviews, but I have NEVER had so many cuts and wounds on my cuticles. It genuinely hurt getting a manicure/pedicure here and I really worried about getting an infection. I did end up getting an infection on one of my fingers three days later. Yes, the nails themselves look nice, but I’ve had other salons do just as good without hurting me. I spent $81 plus tip on this place because I thought I would leave happy.

I was a walk in and as I came in I inquired about pricing for the nails I wanted to do. When I got sat down I revisited the prices with the lady doing my nails and she stated she wasn’t entirely sure the cost difference between gel chrome and sns with tips and chrome and that she would find out. She walked away and came back and pulls out the nail tips and I repeat my question. And instead of her answering she says “mhm”. I had to pull my hands away for her to answer my question because she was getting ready to put the tips on without my permission. As we are doing through the process she’s clipping my cuticles way too low and I’m in pain. I stated to her I’d like her to clip the tips a bit shorter and she said ok And that she could file them down. I didn’t believe that was possible bc of the amount I wanted taken off. She drags my hand and throws my hand all over the place she searches and stabs me with a nail file. She proceeds to dip my fingers without cutting them down and I stated it again and she got upset and stated “you should have told me earlier”. To make the matters worse I asked her the process so I knew how long it would take and she responds with “I know how to do my job”. At this point I should have walked out but didn’t. She messed up one of my nails and there is a very obvious dip in it and she gets mad that I asked her to fix it. Needless to say I will never go back there again.

There are also white specks on my nails as well which isn’t part of the color. This was my first visit to Noire and I won’t be back sadly. I went in today to get a fill in after getting the original style done at this location and the nail technician was unsure about how to do the style. After an hour, she switched with another nail tech who rushed the work and ultimately left me with a product I was ultimately not happy with. While this person completely rushed doing my nails a ground surrounded her and they proceeded to talk about the situation at the hand. I thought this was very unprofessional considering I was extremely patient and I even stated I could just keep solid powder color if they were unable to do it over. She didn’t even bother to check if both sides were the same ( the white french part ) which they were not and at the end just squirted oil not even trying to rub it into the bottom of my nails she proceeded to get back on her phone. Will not be going back due to sloppy rush work and I spent the same price on a fill that i spent on the original set which was bogus. As a person with severe social anxiety I felt so uncomfortable having people gathered around me and I will not be coming back to this establishment. I didn’t deserve to have my experience rushed because of the first nail tech unable to do my nails which she should have said in the beginning.

Honestly, this place is extremely uninviting and I feel uncomfortable when I go. Ben is an amazing technician, but both times I’ve arrived for my appointment (five minutes early) I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seen because his appointments seemingly run over each time. Unfortunately they’ve lost a repeat customer.
