I showed up to the salon about 25 minutes before closing, and they were kind enough to take me for a gel manicure. Tom did a wonderful job. He was friendly and may have provided me the quickest gel manicure I’ve ever received! My nails looks so good, and if the salon wasn’t so far from my house, it would probably be my go-to nail spot. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll be going back to see Tom!

Critical: ProfessionalismI got my nails done ,matte black last night and after taking a shower my nails started cracking. I called and asked to come in the next day and they told me I could come in later since they were busy so I came in at 7, they were super rude and had the door locked. I called and asked to come in the next day and they told me I could come in later since they were busy so I came in at 7, they were super rude and had the door locked. One lady came up and shut the blinds in my face. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I paid $235 + tip on Thursday 8/25 for me and my daughter’s nails and feet to get done! By Sunday 8/28 my daughter had 4 total nails left on her hands. I took her back for repair on Sunday 8/28, a young man apologized and asked me to come back Monday because the technician that did my daughter’s nails wasn’t there to fix them. I told him I work during the week and would have to try to come back when I’m off work. He told me that was fine. Today is Thursday 9/1, 7 days since initial service, and now I’m told they can’t repair my daughter’s nails without payment! I will NEVER RETURN HERE.

My nails lasted 3 days before lifting and falling off! Then a woman named Tina got rude with me and told me I had to pay to get my nails redone. I will NEVER COME BACK!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR $$$! Your nails wont last a week! And they’ll charge you more $$$$ for repairs!
