This was my first time visiting Noire Nail Bar. Ben greeted me as I walked in a bit early for my scheduled appointment with anyone. Ben did my nails and politely introduced himself to me. Ben held great conversation and was so patient while perfecting my nails. I think I found me a new nail technician. I am soooooo happy with my nails. Totally obsessed with the new lower length and color. Thanks Ben! I’ll be back.

I ask specifically do u think if I just get a clean up will my nails grow faster n the truth came out he said it really doesn’t matter if it’s painted on not it all depends on how your nails grow by itself. . So as I decided y not go ahead get a gel polish. He was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back in two weeks again. He did an amazing job I love how it turned out.

Very nice nail bar, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the aroma was soo wonderful. We got pedicures and a manicure. The pedicures were nicely done, with salts and a light massage. The staff was friendly and helpful. I went in for an appointment at 1 p.m. it was not busy at all. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

First time going to this salon! They were very friendly and timely when I arrived. I did not have an appointment. When going back for my pedicure, the water was extremely hot. I let the gentleman know, and he turned it down, making it feel better, but still hot. Pedicure was great. 9/10. When it came time for my dip manicure, the water was again extremely hot! I let the lady know, and it sounded like she was dumping it out and filling it back up. The water was still so hot! This happened about 3 more times before I decided to just tolerate the water. Manicure was okay. 6/10. The color is beautiful, but nothing was done with my cuticles and the tips of my nails were not filed straight. Not sure if I will return or suggest!

This is only my 3rd time getting nails done in my 39 years. The first time was a horrible experience 25 years ago at some random salon. A friend convince to go again last month to a different place. They did good! Today I went to get a new set in Wake forest. Paul did an amazing job with the dip power. It’s not super thick feeling. More natural like. Will definitely go back! Thanks Paul!

My husband surprised me by setting up an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I am really bad at making time for self-care and he wanted to ensure I took a break. I went in a few minutes early and checked in. They have a tablet up front to check in and it was super easy. Then, I went to look at colors. After choosing them, I sat down and the workers started talking to each other. One came over and asked what I was there for. I said that I had a 1pm appointment and she said she would be back. They spoke some more and she came back to say they had someone go home sick and they can’t take me. She said I could wait until they were done, which would be about 30 minutes or come back in an hour and a half. I told them I would just go ahead and reschedule for a different day, but will not be back. All they had to do was call or text (they take your number when they make the appointment) and I would have understood but to make me drive there and wait to be told they didn’t have time for me is really disappointing.

The man who did my manicure was very nice, but he painted the gel on my cuticles, which started lifting and snagging on things (like my hair) as the nail grew out a little. Another nail started chipping after 4 days. I called them when I got back into town and asked what their guarantee on gel was, and told him what was happening. The guy on the phone seemed nice, until I said that the guy who performed the service did not do a good job. Then he was just rude and angry (I’m pretty sure it was the same guy), saying I should just do my nails myself. I’ve had much better service elsewhere, who stand by their work and admit when they’ve made a mistake. I called just to get the one fixed, but this man was just rude, and I will never go there again.

Very clean salon. Just walked – no wait time and Paul was able to fill my nails very quickly. Paul seemed to be extremely sweet and offered me something to drink before he started my fill. Would definitely go back!!!!!! Acrylic nails
