I had originally gave 5 stars but went back and changed it! I have been happy with everything I have gotten done until this point. Let me just say that so far I love the dip (which I have been getting every time since coming here). I have done just dip and then have done dip with gel polish. This last time I got dip with cats eye on top. Pretty, but the day after it started peeling. Ended up peeling on 4 fingers!! Went back the following Friday (we drive truck so couldn’t get back til then) and they fixed those. The very next day 3 more had peeling!! Went back. Told them I wasn’t happy with it. Told them I want to just get a solid dip color because I thought maybe it had something to do with the black base coat. NOPE….just fixed the 3. When i leave this last time I see a dull spot on one of the ones they fixed. May not be a big deal to some but to me, IT IS!! I paid $65 for these and feel they should have been better! None of the other times that I have been there to have my nails done have I had any problems within the 2-3 weeks between going. Don’t think I will return to get anything else done. I have taken my girls and my daughter in law to get their nails done here and even pedicures. Not anymore!!!!

Another trip to Noire Nail. What a great experience. After having a issue with my nails Steven came to my rescue and repaired my nails at no cost. I highly recommend this salon. In two weeks they will be moving to the Pentacle. Go by and check out the new salon. Dip powder

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and here lately I’ve seemed to have issues with my nails. I went in this past Saturday, I get acrylic nails and I had showed a picture of what I wanted which were black nails with a design on the ring finger I did want to change the color to be white instead of black. The guy was not listening and kept telling me he was doing black and a white design so I just told him to do the image since after 3 minutes of explaining and the conversation going nowhere I gave up. They seemed to be okay when I was leaving, although I had to go back since one was very crooked when filing and wasn’t painted on the top (which he gladly fixed for me), but it looks as if I’ve had them on for a week and some because they look like they’ve grown out. It’s now Monday (2 days later) and they’re all chipping! I love this place, but just make sure your nails are even and have topcoat.

I’ve been getting my nails done for 8 years now. I’ve been to dozens of nail salons in VA, TN, NC, and SC and Noire Nail Bar is my favorite. Staff is very professional and welcoming. Service is top notch and efficient. Very excited to be spending the next year in the Bristol area so I can frequent this nail bar. Today, Jayden did my nails and they are gorgeous. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Thank you!

Man at station 4 is very rough. My nails hurt for two days after manicure. The color is nice but mani shouldn’t hurt! Also he did not trim cuticles or give me any kind of massage or lotion even though paid for. Although I like the color, I don’t think I will come back. Dip powder
