This is the worst nail spa I’ve ever been to …the tools they used were dirty got a infection on big toe.. I wrote a review and took pics cause I want everyone to be careful the next day I went to ER to drain wound and recive meds went back spoke to management and was called a liar and kicked out please stay away!!! This place is a joke… you make an appointment because that is what they request because of Covid and it means nothing. Tim which is the owner or manager is rude.nasty and the most unprofessional person. I had appt and 15 minutes after my appt, I asked when was I going to be taken care and very rudely he said, she is going to start a manicure now. I asked hit I made an appt, “well. Yeah but you can wait or leave, your not the only one here. You can barely understand most of them since they do not speak English very well. Their prices are expensive … regular manicure and pedicure is $50.00. Obviously, never returning to this awful place. Do your self a favor and do not come here. You will be sorry. …. I asked for a specific dip manicure design and got a French manicure instead because of the picture I showed them. The picture of the design I wanted the nails were circular and I wanted mine square. They told me they couldn’t do the same design as the nails were not cut the same. My nails look nothing like the photo I showed them from the beginning. I’m not happy with my nails at all. I left very disappointed.

The main salon I go to is only by appointment so I’ve been going here because I can walk in and wait when I get a chance. I don’t blame wait times on them, it’s just about how busy they are at the moment. And yes, they can come off as “rude” because of the language barrier and their culture isn’t as happy friendly as were used to. Should they try a little harder, yes, but I’m a busy lady, I just need my nails done and done well. This is definitely one of the cleanest asian salons I’ve been to. And I really haven’t had any issues with any of their technicians until the last time I went and the new guy did my nails. I don’t know his name, but he was pretending like he knew what he was doing and every time I questioned him, he would say “trust me I’m good, I don’t what I’m doing”…. He did a pretty bad dip job. I called and complained and they offered to fix it but I was so upset that I just went somewhere else and redid them. Ever since then, I just really don’t want to go back, which is a shame because everyone else was good at what they did.

This nail salon has some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I called for an appointment due to the fact that I waited over an hour and a half on my first visit. Once I was finally started they sat me in the pedicure chair and said they would be right with me. 35min later I finally got a 10min pedi then my dip.
