I was treated poorly at this salon today. I made an appointment for 3pm. When I got to the salon, the manager hadn’t informed my nail tech that I had scheduled an appointment and then lied and said that my tech was working on someone’s nails who she had messed up the day before. I later found out that it was one of his clients. After and hour and a half wait, my nail tech told me that he never told her about the appointment. When I asked if he or someone else could do my nails because I had an appointment, he said no. The manager here is trash. Don’t visit this nail salon. Go somewhere where you will be treated professionally and respected. In addition, they do not clean their equipment. I have gotten 2 foot infections and I have only been going for 6 months. My nail tech transferred to this salon and I wish she hadn’t. I love my nail tech but this salon is no good. Until recently they were using the same foot scrubber on everyone’s foot which probably contributed to my infections. Run from this place.
