I went to Noire today to get a full set acrylic nails w/ gel polish after calling to confirm that they charge $48 over the phone. Once again, before starting I asked the technician how much for a full set acrylic w/ gel polish w/ the nails square shape. She told me $48 so I told her OK and had her cut the length based on the price she gave, which were extremely short. At checkout, she told me $60. I informed her of the price she gave me & confirmed before starting the service. I asked to speak to the manager and explained the situation to her. She grabbed a nail menu (that was no where to be found initially) to show me that they charge $55 for acrylic w/ gel polish; however, they did charge $45 and up for acrylic w/ regular polish which is what I asked them ahead of time. The technician proceeded to charge me for special shaping. The manager took off 10% for the “misunderstanding,” but honestly it took off the amount the technician overcharged me for any how. I just went ahead & paid since I got the gel polish per the price the menu showed and I also left a small tip as she did do a good job on my nails. I will not be returning. If you go here, please check your receipt so they don’t overcharge you with extra services and confirm your price before the technician starts ask again so this doesn’t happen to you & request they show you their price menu ahead to avoid confusion.

This has become my regular spot. They do a great manicure/pedicure and prices are comparable to those around. My favorite part is you don’t feel like they’re rushing or just churning people over, but it also doesn’t take forever.

I came in really close to the holiday, really close to closing time hand they happened to be having their holiday party. They cheerfully greeted me, and happily provided me with a stellar manicure/ acrylic nail fill. May was efficient, professional, and very obviously experienced. Will be back!

Walked in with a friend for a gel manicure. They had me sitting there for an hour and took two customers who came in after we did before they started my nails. They took so long my friends nails were about done so instead of doing my nails. I soaked my old gel off and they filed my nails and put a normal clear coat and CHARGED ME $28!!! Completely disappointed especially in the poor customer service definitely don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy(:

I went to this shop with a friend who just came into town. She wanted her nails done, normally I read reviews but fail to do so (what a big mistake) bc we had lunch at a place near the nail shop. The young man at the front truly stood there n lied in our faces about the cost for the services. Express Manicure shows on the menu as $15….then once the services was done..she just cleanup the nails, shape up the nails n added a clear coat….I didn’t have polish and didn’t want any…at the register he says $30..than I pointed to sign for $15..now comes the well thought out lies to cover the lies that was told..they are very tricky and dishonest. Never go here, don’t waste your time. The prices they tell you, is not what u end up paying.

I would be very wary of patronizing this establishment. While I had a great gel acrylic experience with a rate that is fair; I did not receive the same for the pedicure. They charged me an extra $35 on top of the pedicure rate for gel polish and a little sparkle called chrome on top of white. That’s absolutely absurd. Nowhere in any discloser did they inform me of this insane upcharge! I was told it would be $5 – and $15 for the gel. I agreed to the $20- when I went to check out it was $35 more. It didn’t sit right with me so I checked online and called for a manager. In fact it is $20 more for that chrome sparkle, which on toes is barely any product and not good business. For my acrylic nails I was only charged the $15 for gel and $5 for sparkle. Also, if you use a credit card they add a huge fee. The pedicure experience was rushed at best. My bf got the worst pedicure of his life bc he was a guy and it was rushed as well. BEWARE

Clean and nicely decorated salon with plenty of color choices. Diana did an excellent job with my gel mani and I appreciate that she did not dremmel down my nails beforehand. Very detailed and did not rush. It was a great experience!
