Over priced, not clean and they definitely like to cut corners. I was pretty disappointed when I was getting my classic pedicure, but it got worse when I got home. I came in to get a pedicure and all the services promised (filing, shaping, cleaning, exfoliation, massage, hot towels) did not happen. Never got an exfoliation and hot towels. The massage only happened on my legs (lasted for 20 seconds) and not on my feet.

I get my nails done by V every 2-3 weeks and she never disappoints. The staff is very attentive and friendly from the time you walk in. The space is ALWAYS clean and the amazing playlists is a bonus. There were a few times V wasn’t available so I went to other techs in the shop and they also did a really good job, which says a lot because I am very picky about my nails. It’s worth the 45 minutes drive there and back home!

The young man doing my nails came and looked at my nails, began to file the top coat. Rather than wrap each individual nails in foil (like I’ve always had in the past) he got a bowl, put acetone in the bowl with a paper towel and asked me to rub the previous dip powder off. He left and chatted with other employees all whilst I was taking my own polish off. When he came back to perform the service, he employed a different technique on each had resulting in a gradient that I did not ask for. He corrected when I pointed it out to him which I appreciated. I will however, not be going back as I was not impressed by having to remove my own polish. Additionally, the top coat came off within three days of having the set. I’ve since had to search for another salon in the area that hopefully employs more professional staff and better quality service.
