Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueEverything was so bad I don’t even know where to start… Came in for the first time exactly one week ago, had sns on hands and gel on my feet. From the start, I was rushed into picking a color so the lady picked one for me. The sns that was on my nails was popped off, creating damage to my nail bed. The people doing my services acted like it was a race, just so that they could finish and go sit on their phones. My feet and my hands aren’t even the same shade of red, but whatever I’m not picky so I let it go. It then became an issue when I noticed my nails cracking two days later. Then the chipping came, until finally I was left with two nails cracked and broken. Came in today to get them fixed, but was once again greeted with the same sense of being an inconvenience. Service was rushed and the pictures below are what I was left with. The two nails that were broken were popped off, again. Mind you, this set was even more fresh so they were more difficult to peel off. Imagine the discomfort. Anyway, I showed her how the rest of my nails were peeling already and she said “yeah, I’ll do another layer”. So now two nails are normal and the rest are extra thick because of the layers she decided to add to “fix” the lifting(?¿). As you can see, the middle finger is still lifting. So yeah, not cool. I’ll just have to return my business to USA nails across from them. Everything was so bad I don’t even know where to start… Came in for the first time exactly one week ago, had sns on hands and gel on my feet. From the start, I was rushed into picking a color so the lady picked one for me. The sns that was on my nails was popped off, creating damage to my nail bed. The people doing my services acted like it was a race, just so that they could finish and go sit on their phones. We had the deluxe spa manicure – she got gel and I got powder in hombre- and we both had a deluxe gel pedicure with hot stones. Everyone was friendly and helpful and our nails look great! This place is fairly new and really took care of my sister and I. We hadn’t had a proper mani-pedi since lockdown and needed a lot of TLC. We had the deluxe spa manicure – she got gel and I got powder in hombre- and we both had a deluxe gel pedicure with hot stones. Everyone was friendly and helpful and our nails look great! Everything was clean and sterilized and not overcrowded. We will be back.
