Canceled my appointment 40 minutes before lol and ruined my entire day. Really the entire weekend . There’s a fee if cancelled after 24 hours for us so the same time frame consideration should be given to at least allow different arrangements to be made. May not be your best choice if you have big plans.

If you want to experience genuine, first class treatment from start to finish, Qui is your girl. She gave me a brand new look just in time for my birthday. Also, I enjoyed the atmosphere. Critical: ProfessionalismI understand they couldn’t provide me with one of the services I requested. I was okay with that and I spoke very kindly to them when they told me, but one of the workers spoke to me incredibly rudely, hung up on me when I was asking an additional question, and canceled my appointment with one of the services they did provide when I still wanted it. I will save my money and take my business elsewhere. I will not be going back and neither will my family members who have been going to you all. Please be kinder to your customers. I got a deluxe gel manicure from Kristal Rose for my wedding. Everything appeared to be going well. She did my nails pretty close to the picture I showed her and she informed me that my nails should last for at least 2 weeks. That night at my rehearsal dinner I noticed that one of the gel nails had completely fallen off. Additionally, several of my other nails had a translucent look as if they were about to pop off as well. The next morning, my wedding day, I woke up and at least 5 nails were completely missing. I emailed Kristal and she informed me that she would be working at her 2nd job and would not be able to redo my nails. I reached out to her and asked her to either redo my nails before my honeymoon if we could figure out what went wrong and correct it or if she could make a suggestion on how to make things right. Long story short, I never heard back from her. I paid her $65 AND tipped her $20 and she didn’t have the decency or the common courtesy to get back with me. I would never go back to her nor would I recommend her to ANYONE…unless you are interested in paying $85 for pop off nails that you could have gotten for $10 from Walgreens. They didn’t even last 12 hours let along 2 weeks!
