Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCute ambiance , pricey “OK” work , “VERY VERY” bad customer service.I’ve bn to very high end and regular salons -either way if the customer service is bad- unacceptable! When I walk into a business/I like to feel “Welcomed” and I didn’t fell as such . I will never go back there again & it wasn’t worth a tip ! was a waste of my time. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just had the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Super rushed, no experience, hardly did any maintenance, for example, cleaning under the nail, ingrowns, buffing, hardly touched me. Realized I was getting frustrated and did a better job of massaging. From start to finish took all of 25mins. Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had.Service: Pedicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI have been coming to the owner of this salon for almost 4 years now and she never disappoints. The salon is swanky, clean and I must say the ladies deal with a great deal of different personalities. If clients are not complaining or writing reviews about the cost for quality services, or attempting to bring company or yelling through their speaker phone when it clearly says use a head piece while on the phone and getting your nails done. I honestly don’t know how the owner of the salon or the employees deal!!! When booking an appointment the policy for this salon could Not be any clearer. So I tip my hat to the ladies and praise them for their hard work!!!! Clients for future reference, stop hiding behind keyboards and assert yourself before walking out of any establishment that you have paid for services, if you are Not satisfied. Remember we are all Human and have Good and Bad days and can all benefit from Constructive Criticism.
