Very personal service. My 16 year old Autistic son was very comfortable at Noggins because it is quiet and calm. Carolyn related to him very nicely. A customer could bring her special needs child to Noggins and not have to worry about strangers staring or judging.

She then changed my dark brown locks into a ravishing red color complimented by a cute sassy style. My husband loved it. Great service with a wonderfully, thoughtful, accommodating atmosphere. Ms. Dasher takes her time to customize exactly what you are looking for in hair design, color and style. Pricing is fabulous. I was happy to hear she even does special group events like weddings, quinceaneras and proms. I was further surprised to find out when you schedule your appointment you can also add on a spray tanning session.
