Very welcoming salon. Mark was my stylist. He listened to my hair “concerns”, reviewed what he was going to do before he started to make sure he understood and I was in agreement. He then gave me a fabulous cut! It was my first time at Noelsy but it won’t be my last.

Words can’t begin to describe the horrible experience I had at Noel Sy. I never imagined asking for a simple bronde ombre/balyage could turn into such a disaster. To start, my haircut by Tori was so terrible that I had to come back in and have Michelle fix it. My original “style” was long and hanging – I had zero of the layers I wanted and SO much bulk at the ends that my hair would not curl properly. Michelle did a good job of fixing it, thankfully.

Some people are great in Thai salon but some are mediocre. Nothing special in terms of service but expensive. If you compare with Hair Cuttery or Supercuts, I think the courtesy of staff at hair Cuttery is better.
