I love their massages and facials. If you want a high end experience I would recommend their services. It’s a bit overpriced and I did feel slightly rushed when I went in the last time. However, I did enjoy the service but there’s plenty of cheaper options elsewhere.

Nice people but a way too laid back. I suspect they’re loosing clients due to the sub par talent. I had an 11:15 appointment but the hairdresser made me wait 15 minutes while she took a break (I watched her in the mirror). Then she said she didn’t want to cut my hair too short or I’ld look like a man. I got her to cut the top shorter but she didn’t balance it out so the sides are too long. Arrrggg. AVOID THIS PLACE. Too pricey for such lack of respect or experience.

It’s nice salon and the people there are sweet… but they totally burned my scalp with bleach. I’m a bleach platinum blonde. I had some discoloration from the well water at the house I’m staying in. The colorist put a treatment on my hair to remove the heavy metals and build up from well water in my bleached and porous hair. That worked well. Then I thought she was just going to color correct whatever was still dingy, but she bleached my roots, too. Putting bleach on a head that was just shampooed is a recipe for skin irritation. Little did I know that the super clarifying treatment she used would make the bleach cause my skin to literally burn and bleed. I had scabs on my head for weeks. Not cute, very painful. I soldiered through it and paid in full with a generous tip, however I think they shouldn’t have charged me at all. It’s for these reasons I won’t be back and won’t be recommending them to anyone. I hope the colorist at least learned not to do this to someone else.

I have been going to Noelle for years and have always loved it! Everyone there is incredibly friendly and personable. I get my color with Amy and trim/blowout with Jackie, they are such great girls with amazing talent. Its nice to sit in the client chairs and be able to comfortably chat and laugh with the people working on your precious hair. Amy is so amazing at keeping my unnatural blonde natural looking, and I cant thank her enough for that! Jackie is such a sweet girl who does amazing blow outs! I have very fine hair and she gives it such volume and perfectly trims the death off my color treated hair without making me sad about losing length. Love this place, love my girls!

I have been at Noelle Spa few times for a massage. I always had a pleasant experience. Today I went there for the facial. The woman who did my facial was very knowledge and caring. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the whole process. She took her time and gave me many tips how to continue caring for my skin at home. It was a great experience and I will be back soon.

I had an awesome experience at Noelle today. After getting a bad highlight job at a different salon, I decided to try Noelle to fix the awful color I was walking around with. I saw Bill and explained what I didn’t like and he assured me that we could fix it in a way that wouldn’t damage my hair since I had only recently had it done. I showed him a picture and I have to say the finished product looked almost identical, and one of the best colors I have had. He even got me a complimentary blowdry for being a first time customer.

love this place come to noelle for over 35 year. Albert does an amazing job,he is brilliant with colors!!! So sad John left!! Not been thrilled with my last two cuts!! That been said, I think the male front desk clerk is a bit rude and full of himself. Yikes!!! No need to be rude! Be kind and friendly and focus on one costumer at the time!! If noelle was still alive this would not go over well.
