I found the amazing Noelle who does wonders with her magical hands and the delectable business partner of hers, Stitch. These are wonderful, most down to earth human souls you’ll ever meet. Professional, determined, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, intricate and attention to detail are just some of the words that do not even begin to describe their wonderful personalities. I love the fact that they are in town, literally a few blocks away from my house in Tigard, and I didn’t have to drive all the way to downtown PDX.
