I booked a “luxury wash & cut” with Melissa and I loved that the appointment began with a questionnaire and conversation, where she asked me questions to really understand what I was looking for. In the end we decided to chop it all off and go with a chic little bob and and it looks and feels AMAZING! Every little detail about my visit was fantastic, from the wonderful check-in process to the hair-washing station (these sinks and chairs are INSANELY comfy!!) to the actual cut and styling. I have never experienced such a professional, high-quality hair cut! I booked a “luxury wash & cut” with Melissa and I loved that the appointment began with a questionnaire and conversation, where she asked me questions to really understand what I was looking for. In the end we decided to chop it all off and go with a chic little bob and and it looks and feels AMAZING! Critical: ValueFirst of all it is totally ridiculous that you would take somebody’s credit card during a pandemic!!And then if they do not show up you’re going to charge them 50% of whatever they were having done if canceled.So Clients come on with Covid?Well coming from another hairdresser and other hairdressers all thank you for the business.That is totally insane. One must remember you’re not the only color stylist out there. And experience not the only one.Nor the Best? My mother worked along side Vidal Sassoon and was on the Board of directors so I know what I’m talking about .As I too am a hairdresser. No way to treat your clients.I know many went elsewhere! Some customers did not come to you for that reason. First and foremost it always is the customer comes first. Or you have no business. She said she will never see anyone else again even if it were free. I also see Christina and my hair is fire. The salon is gorgeous. The sink where your hair is washed is amazing and almost magical. Christina at Noella is the only person who is allowed from this day forward to touch my daughter’s hair. She said she will never see anyone else again even if it were free. I also see Christina and my hair is fire. The salon is gorgeous. The sink where your hair is washed is amazing and almost magical. We can’t recommend Noella enough.
