I went there a few months back. I was really excited to get my hair done by Noelia. Unfortunately, she was too busy and handed me off to another salon employee. One side of my bob was longer than the other. Overall, I disliked my hair. Also, while cutting my hair they went shopping for shirts at a clothing store next door. I never went back.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! I have given this salon numerous times because I know the owner and it’s very conveniently located near where I live. Every time I have gone they either forget my appointment, pass me on to other people or totally screw up my hair cut or do somehow. This past weekend was the last time!

I came in today with a hot mess (2 years worth of untreated hair) and was fortunate that my bff recommended me to Noelia, since my previous hairdresser moved out of the country. I felt at ease with her recommendations and appreciated her professionalism in assessing what I had previously done. She worked her magic and honestly, I left a new woman! I immediately felt welcomed at Noelia’s; the vibe is friendly and genuine. Many thanks to everyone who made my visit today five stars: The front desk, Thaimi, Aurora and, of course, Noelia.

Extremely rude people. They don’t do a good job and their attitude just horrible. I was there once. I “wanted” to go back one more time (not because I ‘m happy with them but I made a last minute decision and didn’t have time to find a professional). So I called them but “of course ” they don’t speak English. About 3 people answered the phone and nobody understood me. The forth person could speak a couple words but still didn’t understand me. And she’s the one who’s arrogant and rude (the tone of the voice) and hung up on me. It is disgusting when someone wants to make a life and business in a foreign country where the first language is still English and that’s not enough they don’t make an effort to learn at least some basic but they are the one who give you attitude. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. By the way to color my hair (with highlights) took for 5 hours because they go for only money instead of professional job and they do everything and everybody at the same time
