Ivy has terrible customer service! Embarrassed me over $2.88. They only give 4 mins to undress lotion up amd get in the bed that starts as soon as your done speaking to them at the desk. I was NOT informed of this time when paying for my month. I went to the bathroom before I used the bed that I had payed an up charge for since my usual bed was unavailable. The bed started and I lost over 2 mins. I asked for the 2 mins be credited to my account, I have NEVER asked for any kind of refund or credit in the 3 years I have been a loyal customer, I was told no by ivy and she argued with my in front of other customers and insisted she already knew the upper management would agree with her. Cumberland needs competition in tanning with better prices and more mature staff.

Very good establishment for an affordable spray tan! I pay for the package of 3, it is a buy 2, get 1 free kind of deal! Well worth the money, and the cheapest in the area! The girls are always friendly and the wait is never that long. I still give it 5 stars even though I wish their hours were a little longer on the weekends, but they have a life too! Thanks for your hospitality Noelanis!
