I have been going to this salon for many years and started out going to the one in Scarsdale. The ladies who do my nails and waxing moved over to this location and naturally, I moved with them. Their customer service is top notch, they are accommodating and friendly, and they have made my nails looks amazing with my very specific designs. When painting your nails they are specific, detailed, and excellent at making sure it looks amazing. See my attached photo. You get what you pay for and I have no problem spending the money and tipping them well for a job well done. You should definitely call to make an appointment to avoiding waiting (for me it’s because I want specific people)

The worst nail salon I have ever been! The nails are disgusting, like chunks of dirtt on top on my fingers not even how they look in the pic they are terrible and i don’t usually get my nails done anymore, but I wanted to treat myself for my Birthday. Well $130 plus eyebrows and lip $25, $155 and they wanted me to tip 18% of that. I would have gladly tipped a lot if they did a good job, but its thw worst nails ive ever had on, I actually plan of changing them right away somewhere else.

Well the place is nice and clean. Other than that, it’s expensive for what they do because they don’t do very good job or any special thing. they are not sincere.Fake smiles. They force you to pay 18 percent and above tip. Literally. My 12 percent tip wasn’t enough and I ended up paying 22 percent tip and they gave me a face . This place is under a new name and management. I didn’t like it. It used to be better. I will never go there again!!

It was ok. Very expensive and not special at all. It wasn’t a memorable experience, the staff was kinda blah just a typical pedicure. I probably won’t go back. I’ve gotten much better, from much smaller places that the staff made you feel very special for the same price or just a little more.
