My friend and I had been going to different nail salons for 2 or 3 years before we found Nobles. Once we tried nobles, we’ve never gone any where else again. We’ve been going to them for about two years now. Lani, the owner, is so knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and getting the specific type of treatment you are looking for. Her place is always clean and well maintained. And the added plus…they are always on time. We love it!

I’ve been coming here for several months and was very happy with Lani. I noticed that after a few visits she no longer did my nails, and I’m the kind of person who visits a spa/salon for a person. The ambiance at Noble’s is top notch, and the prices are reasonable for the area, so I kept coming. The polish work was inconsistent, but it was something I gave up to have a relaxing quiet professional and clean atmosphere. I also want to mention that instead of soaking your cuticles, they use the machine that is used for buffing nail beds. I was never a fan of that practice because I’ve had many a skilled nail tech trim my nails the old fashioned way. I left my former salon due to technicians who gossiped and visibly disrespected customers to their face in another language.I was late, Lani had another customer, so Lee and Hannah did my mani/pedi. Lee rushed, kept mumbling in an agitated tone, and nipped my cuticles. I pulled back when that happened and she feigned concern for my discomfort. Lee left polish on my cuticles, left them dry and complained about the nail polish I brought with me due to the unique handle (Christian Louboutin) that can be difficult to hold. Again, many an experienced nail tech has used that polish with no problem or complaint.While adjusting in my chair, I messed up my thumb and at that point decided I wanted to have all the polish removed on my hands. When Hannah finished I let her know, and then she told Lani who came to ask me what was wrong. I told her that I felt she didn’t want me as a client due to the fact that the past several times I’ve visited the salon she had someone else do my nails. I then told her about my service for Lee, and how she made me feel. Instead of apologizing for my experience, Lani made excuses for Lee, and reminded me that I was late messing up her appointment times so she needed to take her next client. Lani removed my polish and I got up to wash my hands to pay and leave. Lani charged me for the full service without checking for my usual discount. I reminded her of it and she promptly removed $5 from her cash drawer and gave it to me. I won’t be returning to Noble’s because underneath the smooth classy exterior are the same attitudes towards customers that have left a bad taste in my mouth.Update: wish I could post photos here.
