The massage was good and the place was clean, however, I felt uncomfortable with them asking for more tips. My boyfriend and I both got a one hour massage. $70 each, so I wanted to add $10 each for the tip (that’s around 15%). The lady gave me a look and said that wasn’t enough. She said it had to be $20 each. Since the massage was pleasant, I agreed. After I paid, my boyfriend came out from the room with $40 cash in his hand. He was going to give them cash as tips. I told him I already paid for everything including $40 tip. The lady “joked” and tried to take the money from my boyfriend and the other masseuse joined the “joke”. Guess what, my boyfriend felt awkward and didn’t know what to say. He then said “okay” and the two ladies were surprised, but they went ahead and snatched the cash from his hand. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I left without saying anything because I did not want to make the situation more uncomfortable. I think it was wrong of them to take more cash from us and it was aggressive. I will not go back there again.

I took a 60minute body massage and she never did the neck saying that I’m out of time which I needed the most but she didn’t manage the time and sat idle for a while. Since I didn’t like it I decided to not tip for this but she started yelling about it that I massaged for an hour (I don’t understand this at all – I believe tips are something to be grateful for and is given when you really like something, why is it mandatory?). We anyway pay for the service they offer which they think is a favor to us, we’ll it’s not.

Bad experience. I was asked to pay as soon as I walked in. I have had a lot of massages and have never been asked to pay prior to my service. She charged me for the wrong service, I asked for a foot massage (typically $35 at the place I normally go to), this was $50.00. She charged me $62, for a full body. She was having a hard time understanding me so I just went with the full body. When I left she asked for a tip. Clearly not happy with the amount I left she said, $5?? I said, well yeah. You charged me for the wrong service, asked me to pay before my massage and then interrupted my service numerous times. She said, well normally people tip $10.00. Will not be back here. Plenty of other better places around that don’t give you a hassle.

I called and made an appointment for a deep tissue massage. Upon arriving, two ladies came from the back and immediately asked me to pay first before my massage. I have received many massages and I have never been asked to pay first. It is seemed as if it was race related. I know other people that have visited this place and they were not asked to pay immediately upon entering

A quick search online helped me find tis spot and I was able to schedule an appointment via their on line reservation system. The staff were polite and professional. I had a sore neck after sleeping in the wrong position. The staff member listened and focused on my neck and shoulders. I booked the one (1) hour body massage which was sufficient and I returned to work with no beck discomfort. Free parking was a bonus. I felt it was good value. I will be back.

Highly recommended Massage!!! Received the 1-hour full body massage. She was professional and courteous, the entire massage. She first asked what type of pressure that I’d like, Hard or medium. I opted for the hard pressure massage. She did a phenomenal job! She’s amazingly strong and knows how to give a great massage. She worked out the knots through-out my body, held down some pressure points on my head, and forehead. Loosened up my shoulders, back muscles, hamstrings, calves, feet, etc. After massage was over, She gave me a cup of water. Left feeling soo relaxed. If you’re looking for a firm, deep-tissue, and relaxing massage then check out 8th street Spa.

They do a thorough and great massage here. I’ve had on and off shoulder pain for a long time now and I felt a huge relief after my recent visit. I can now move my shoulder without feeling pain. Their prices are very good as well.
