Came in as a walk in because VIP nails across the street was unavailable to accommodate me as a walk in. While I’m used to getting just a gel manicure over my natural nail, the lady who did my nails helped choose a better design and nice color for Christmas. We went with dip powder and a snowflake design. Love the bright color and the hand drawn snowflakes. I did pay more than I had anticipated but this will also LAST me longer than my gel polish. First visit okay with Apple. Second visit with Apple I ask for a design and it looked terrible. She got really upset and was extremely rude. Half finished my nails and was very unprofessional. She said to me next time somebody else do your nails. I wasn’t upset, it just didn’t look good. No big deal. I didn’t want to be stuck with a design on 4 of my nails for the next 3 weeks. I will not be back to the spa. I do not recommend unless you are okay with being forced to keep something you don’t like.

Worst experience ever! My husband and I went in for Pedicures on our anniversary. I called in advance to make an appointment and was told I didn’t need one. We arrived and were sat down right away. We request the $65 VIP with hot stones pedicure. The lady started on my husbands and was “done” 20min later. I spent the twenty minutes with my feet sitting in luke warm water that had been run before I arrived. We left without my pedicure. When I disputed the $65 charge for my husband’s 20min pedicure, she would only take $10 off. Never again!

Came here with my mother for her birthday. A coworker had gotten her a gift card for here so we decided to try it out. I made a appointment the day before for 1 fill in and 1 full set. We drove 45 minutes to get there only for them to be very unorganized. Told the lady we had an appointment. She told us to have a seat. Another lady came over to where we were sitting and asked if we were getting pedicures I said no. She walked away and came back with another worker and they said we are ready for you. Walked with them and they took us to pedicure chairs. I was starting to get impatient at this point. Our appointment was at 2:30 and it was 3. I told them again that we had appointments for 1 fill in for myself and a full set for my mother. They talked us into getting there new gel polish because it lasts longer (it cost extra of course) only for mine to chip the next day. We ended up paying $85 for a full set and a simple fill in. This was the first and final time we will come here.

It used to be my favorite salon. They recently hired a family of girls who worked somewhere else together and they are related to one of the long time workers there. All of the new girls are rude and do not do a new job and they are loud and scream at each other the whole time. They cough in your face and are just overall abrasive and the service they provide has been not like the noa I used to know and love. I will not return. It is a shame. The new group of 3 girls will drive that place into the ground. My one friend had an infection and I had to go back for cracked nails or problems with all of their work. Also, dip nails by the 3 girls has been thick and lumpy. Prices are very high and they do not re do their mistakes without charge.

You come in and no one acknowledges you when you entered. Not only do they take long to say Hi, they also give you attitude and are rude. I wanted a gel manicure and did not receive a massage with it. She only put in lotion for 5 seconds and that was it. The point is to relax and enjoy it. This is not the place it used to be 5 years ago. Will NEVER come back!!! Don’t waste your money!!!!

The nail tech then kept suggesting what she wanted me to get done. Also, she refused to shape my nails the way I wanted. She said next time I come back in, she will shape them better. Then, for my pedicure, she assumed I wanted a basic one. I asked for options, they would not give it to me. They did not take the time to care or understand my needs. I just moved to mooresville and I’m used to getting nails and top of line pedicures bi-weekly, spending a couple of hundred dollars each time. Despite the fact I just paid 140.00, I went to a completely different place 3 days later to get it done all over again because of the poor job they did. Then once being asked to pay, the lady had the nerve to ask how i wanted to do the tip. Really??? Because of who i am, i tipped anyway, but it was not worth it. Do not go there.
