TERRIBLE job on my nails! I couldn’t get the lady to understand me and paid, tipped and left. Returned the following business day to have redone only to have one of the techs refuse. Was going back the following day but decided to call and just ask for a refund. Didn’t want anybody else having to fix a mess somebody else made and not get compensated for it. Now, not ONE of the people in charge I’m asking for when I call is “available or they’ve stepped out”!!!! I do not recommend!!! Nails are awful! Not the same length, THICK, bumpy, too wide!!!

If I could give the a zero I would if you’re a woman of color don’t go !!! I got a pedicure and didn’t get to soak my feet not even 10 mins this is the fastest pedi I’ve ever had . Then the nail tech doing my nails had a nasty attitude as well as the pedi girl and they both argued me about my nails which I’m paying for… I’m the customer! This drew attention to the other customers and unbelievably thise two techs were being loud and acting ghetto . I had to tell both of them to stop. They did a sorry a job on everything still paid Over a hundred and didn’t get my nails how I wanted I noticed all the Caucasian customers walking in and got serviced immediately i also observed the treatment of other women of color DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

If you’re reading this SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else. They lie and change the price every time I go in..they wanted to charge me $60 for regular acrylic nails NO GEL. I was in the middle of getting my nails done and when she told me to go wash my hands and I walked away a lady that worked there TOOK MY CARD from under my phone behind my back and pre paid.. good thing I rushed back to the counter before they charged me! She claims it was to “help so I don’t get my nails messed up” but you have to ask before taking someone’s card!!! So unprofessional. I don’t usually write reviews but the experience I had was terrible and I’m trying to save someone else from going here. Also.. if you wanna feel as if they’re laughing and talking behind your back.. this is the place! 🙂

Been going here regularly for about 13 months and they never disappoint! Very clean job and always long lasting. I’ve had long stiletto sns nails to shorter gel nails to regular polish and I’ve always been very happy. This review is long overdue. You get what you pay for, and everyone has always been very kind to me since I always show the same respect. The staff has been the same since I first started going here so I know the workers are happy and proud of what they do which I think is also important!

One of their employees parked illegally behind my car blocking me in. I went in and very politely asked if the van belonged to one of the workers. I have never experienced a ruder person in my life. She reluctantly moved it… parking super close next to my car (again, not in a spot), barely allowing me space to maneuver my car (my mom had to get out and help me). It was super difficult to get out. No one should support a business with people who treat others this way. My mom went in afterwards and let them know they could move into my spot and she came out yelling and pitching a fit. Hard to believe this was real life. I should have gotten an apology, not attitude. There are really awesome nail salons in the area with the nicest staff. Premium Nail Spa, Axis, and so on. Go there.

Do not waste your money here! Rude workers and deceptive hidden pricing. Was charged $75 for a full set. They charged $10 just to shape them. Ridiculous! Nail tech was speaking in another language and laughing in front of me the whole time. Take your business elsewhere. You’ll be happy I saved you! Zero stars Gel manicures

My daughter and I had a horrible experience. The nail tech miscommunicated the price and because I asked questions and told them she made the mistake and it wasn’t ok. The owner was very nasty. she told the tech to put me out and not finish my nails. I had to beg her to completely remove all my previous gel polish because i could not leave with only one had removed. she threatened to call the cops on me . Not one time did I raise my voice or even disrespect her. her argument should of been with her worker who gave false information. I continued to explain that this is not how you talk to customers and she said get my own business . The owner is very nasty. She has three workers that she treats poorly they are afraid of her. When colored people came she said too busy to majority but only took a few. It was so hurtful and distasteful as my first time in North Carolina. They deserve no stars and to be shut down.

I have always gotten an ombré and it costed $60-$70 at any nail salon. I’ve gotten my nails done multiple times here and now they are charging $95 and i didn’t even get a full set!!!! No tips at all on my nails, I used my natural nails. She showed me the computer where it says full set and i said but i USED MY NATURAL NAIL!!!!! The website even says $50 for ombré. The lady said she would take $5 off and then she asked another lady about ombres and then goes to say well since i had to ask someone else, i won’t give you the $5 off.. let’s not forget that i sat there for 30 minutes until someone helped me while one of the workers sat on the pedicure seat on her phone and everyone else got help. A lady came in after me and got a pedi & a mani and she got done wayyyy before me and i came in before her. The lady was so rude and tried to tell me how all the other salons are.. No ma’am. I will continue to go to the other salons and no longer come here. This is ridiculous.

There was zero effort put into my pedicure. I work on my feet all day; I get pedicures to help with the pain of constant standing. I asked if i could add a extra massage to the basic pedi and was denied, i was told i would only get a massage if i payed the V.I.P. price, which is double. I dont need the extra hot waxes and hot stones i just wanted a longer massage.

Update: Won’t be visiting again other than to repair nails. Within days my daughters $45 GEL nails started peeling off. My nails haven’t peeled yet but I’ve noticed they don’t feel as strong as they normally do when I have gels on. There may be something to the watered down product theory other reviewers have mentioned. See pics:
