I was treated very rudely by who I believe is the manager. This was my second time here, the first time I came I got my usual SNS dip manicure and a gel pedicure. I am new to the area so have been looking for a new nail salon. I left for vacation and noticed that one of my feet was shiny and the other was not. I called the spa and explained what happened and that I was out of town- I was told they would not charge me for gel the next time I came in. Well, I came in today and I showed my technician the clear difference between my feet and she confirmed there was no top coat on one foot. When checking out, I mentioned the discount I was offered and the guy told me rudely that I shouldn’t have been told that and the best they could do was $5 off. The technician who did my hands the last time chimed in, also rudely, saying that just because I didn’t have a gel top coat doesn’t mean it’s not gel. There was a clear difference between my two feet as made evident by this picture. If you want to be treated kindly and receive better service, go elsewhere. It’s not worth your time or energy. I would also like to add, they charge an extra $10 for a “deluxe” pedicure that includes callus removal when in fact it’s just a light scrub with a small sponge… very unlike other nail services I’ve received.

These are the MOST BEAUTIFUL NAILS I have EVER had done!!!! IN MY LIFE!!!! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! The staff was very kind and friendly, and it is a beautiful location!!! Not happy. I have been to the salon three times. The first time my polish peeled on my feet within two day and my gel polish on my acrylic nails within three days. I really liked the overall service and nail tech Trish so I returned. After the second visit it was a repeat of the first visit but I was too busy to find somewhere else, so I returned for my third visit. Within an hour of leaving my gel polish on my acrylic nails peeled on three fingers and my thumb. I returned the next day for a repair. I was questioned as if I was not there the day before and paid $80 for the service I received. After looking at them like they were absolutely crazy, It was repaired without charge. The NEXT day my polish peeled again. They are thinning out the regular polish and gel polish and using faulty equipment to dry the nails.

The services I received were amazing. I was offered a beverage upon arrival. As a new mom, I was trying to get some self care in and had took my baby with me. They were extremely friendly and welcoming.. as we know how discouraging it can be when you have to bring a baby into places at times.
