Was a loyal customer of the previous shop. I went by there on my own volition to replace a hanging bulb that had burned out in front of the shop. The new owner removed the bulb from the fixture, noticed this as I came in later as a customer of Loc. Unfortunately I won’t be supporting a shop owner that is so petty. The name alone tells me all I need to know about their attitude towards men. ‘No Short Kuts’, message received, will take my money elsewhere.

I found this place accidentally while frantically tryin to get a late afternoon cut. I called, they worked me in half hour later. I was seated immediately, they asked what I was invisioning and then she got too work. There is a cutter named Loc who was just awesome. I asked for something a little unorthodox (a mohawk/ high fade/ with stripes on the sides). Friendly and very detailed…..she actually made a couple reference lines to ensure my stripes were even lol. Again just awesome, I left looking like a completely different person. For the price, I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI just got a hair cut and the person who did it was not professional at all.. when I arrived after making an appointment she told me that I sounded like a little kid on the phone and continued to treat me like a child while I was there. I don’t know how her measurements work but I thought 3 inches was universal. The previously agreed on 3 inches soon turned into 6 before I could say anything. She also told me my hair wouldn’t look good if she gave me the hair cut I wanted, first of all her job is to do what the clients ask for not give her opinion when it’s not wanted. She also asked me if I was experimenting at home with the adults hair dye I have natural high lights on my dirty blonde hair… Not only are my layers completely lopsided there is not one layer in the back of my hair. I’m so upset. There is a big sign out front that says “Walk-ins Welcome!” I have walked in twice on different days of the week and at different times and was told both times that they couldn’t accommodate me. Actually, the second time, I was simply told, “Not today!” If you can’t actually accommodate walk-ins, you should probably change your sign.
