I was a bit nervous the first time getting the laser work done for hair removal, but Paula walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. Still can’t believe that my armpit hair is gone for good after 6 laser sessions! I ended up have an old tattoo removed as well. Wish I wouldn’t have waited so long in my life to have this done. The office is conveniently located in Louisville off Hwy 36 and she is always able to fit me in to her schedule quickly. The office space is nice and calm and Nurse Paula is super sweet and friendly! I recommend NR Laser to anyone who wants to get rid of pesky hair permanently!!

Paula is great. the process of getting a tattoo removed in general is obviously not exciting- but she is professional, quick, and one of the few people I’d trust to perform this procedure. They are quick appointments and she gets the job done! while it is just a painful process in itself anywhere you go, there is a numbing process before hand that Paula does. Your tattoo is going to be sore after but that is normal, since it’s using a high energy laser penetrating your skin. I Only experience soreness for the rest of that day and it heals well between sessions. She is very sweet and is great to talk to during! Highly recommend her practice.

Paula is fantastic! I started my tattoo removal at a place in Loveland (they have other locations in Denver as well) and it was a terrible experience. The man who owns the business was, quite frankly, a jerk. They had rescheduled my appointment, at the last minute, on three occasions. I was so frustrated, and I decided to contact Paula to see if she could help me. She fit me in for that afternoon! I have seen 10 times the progress with Paula in my 4 session with her, compared to 7 sessions at the previous location. Unbeknownst to me, the other place wasn’t using all the different “color” lasers. Paula has a great “bedside” manner and takes care of her clients. She is sweet and I enjoy visiting with her during my appointments. I wish I would have started this process with Paula from the very beginning!! All places are NOT created equal, and Paula at No Regrets is the BEST!
