The owner cut my hair… showed her several pics of style I wanted… my hair was fairly short.. wanted it a little shorter but expressed SEVERAL TIMES “I want it short but NOT SPIKEY” … Not sure even heard me because she was too busy on the phone, or talking to everybody else in place, but her attention wasn’t 100% on her paying customer..next thing I know she cut my hair and I walked out of there looking like I was ready to go into the Marines with spiky hair… I went home and cried for hours it was two days before I went out of the house I will never ever ever go back to that damn place again… at least the staff was .. BTW that cast me $20 and I still tipped her because I was raised proper !!

I used to like this place but after my last two “trims,” I don’t plan on going back. I have really long hair and it’s super thick so I have long layers to help keep it thinned a little. The last two times I said, “I just want to take off the dead ends. That’s all. Leave the long layers and keep the length.”, I didn’t walk out with a trim. I walked out with a cut. The last time, the girl took so much off, my hair went from my mid to lower back up to almost my shoulder blades. Never again.

I absolutely loved this salon. I’ve visited four salons and barbershops in the last couple years and no haircut has compared to this one. I’ve always been really anxious and depressed after haircuts but after this I was pretty confident in myself and I definitely received more compliments than ever before. The woman that cut my hair knew exactly what I wanted and did it better than I could have imagined. Thank goodness I finally found who I’ll be going to from now on!

Critical: Quality, ValueMy mother-in-law, son, and daughter went in for trims and style. I could have done more of an even job on my son and used the clippers at home, he wanted his hair trimmed. My daughter requested her hair to be trimmed up and styled, not only was she given a male style cut, hers is also uneven, hair wasn’t even touched on a part in the front (you can still see where it was her hair that had previously grown out), and she was given (what looks like) a rat tail right in the middle of her forehead. She’s so upset that she’s ready to just shave it all off because it will at least be even. Hers is uneven on the sides, the back is dreadful, she didn’t want triangle sideburns which she was given, and she walks around with a towel on her head so nobody can see it. Based on all the reviews listed, I would have assumed this was a great place to go, based on what I saw from all three of their cuts, I’d never recommend anyone, never go myself, and if I had the choice between allowing my own hair to be cut there or shaving it all off (no other choices given) I would shave it off! My mother-in-law, son, and daughter went in for trims and style. I could have done more of an even job on my son and used the clippers at home, he wanted his hair trimmed. Theresa and her other stylists are really good at what they do. She came recommend by a coworker and I’m glad that I found out about this place. They take walk-in’s, but if you need a color it’s a good idea to make an appointment.
