Used to really like this place.. but it’s gone down considerably. Every time I bring my son there is a new receptionist (obviously ill-trained) that doesn’t announce appointments, so the barbers get mixed up. So you guessed it.. we end up having to wait forever, and then being rushed in our services. I take a look at my account and see that I’ve been charged three different amounts by No Grease. It’s no longer convenient, nor worth the service, we will be going where our time and money are valued. Also, the cuts aren’t that great for the barbers to take an hour. Turn off the TVs and concentrate on your service.

I LOVE this place. They have a great environment, the barbers talk to you, and most importantly, the haircuts are great. I’ve been getting the same haircut from here for a few months and I love it. Lloyd is the best at fades and will always ask me how I’ve been, etc. It feels nice when the barbers actually care. They don’t rush the haircut unlike some places, and they pay attention to the details in the haircuts. The prices are definitely high, but very worth it. I highly recommend that if you come here, you book your appointment with Lloyd.

I enjoyed bringing my son, until there was constant changes with the barbers and for a couple months now, the prices have went up. The main reason I left 1 star is because if I schedule an appointment for a particular time, I shouldn’t be waiting 30-45 minutes after my appointment just for my son to get a hair cut. No one updates you on the delay, which is very unprofessional. Poor management skills, and time management seems to be the problem

This is the 2nd time we’ve been here. Each time we had an appointment. They said barber is running a few minutes behind. We end up waiting almost an hour past our scheduled appointment. Once you prepay your pretty much stuck here. What’s the point of an appointment if you have to wait almost an hour past your scheduled appointment. They need to do better with there time management and respect people time. Especially when your paying $30 for a kids cut ages 7 and 9 .

Would not recommend this location at all. I was a walk-in waited 20 mins, Another person walked in. Was asked was he a walk in they said yes he signed the same sheet I signed he waited 3 mins and was seen.. I’m a female so maybe it’s discrimination towards females. Glad I didn’t waste my money at this location..
