Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueWas introduced to this place by my husband. Personally I’ve been going for close to 3 years and it’s been a pleasure. Love the spa pedicures. Play around with nails often. They are all very accommodating to what you want. The pictures are from my nails done this weekend. Nancy did a fantastic job and was very helpful with me finding the right color. I’ve also had the owners Helen and Steve do my nails as well as other techs and they try to work with how you want your nails done. Was introduced to this place by my husband. Personally I’ve been going for close to 3 years and it’s been a pleasure. Love the spa pedicures. Play around with nails often. They are all very accommodating to what you want. The pictures are from my nails done this weekend. Nancy did a fantastic job and was very helpful with me finding the right color. I was very disappointed with the owner today. I have been going to this place since I was 18 years old and I’m in my 30s now. When I go there I get a service stamp, the service stamp is a signature of the person who I’m paying to, the service stamp allows for a person to get a free manicure. So I had two cards, one was full so I have my second card and the second card had one signature, the owner tell me I will not accept this because he accuse me I’m of signing it, I asked him are you seriously accusing me of signing this card he said yes, he said no one signs like this, I said to him I would not sign like this and one of your employees signed it, he said to me again I signed it and he said it’s not signed in Chinese, I said to him all the other cards were never signed in Chinese, he kept accusing me of singling the card when I simply said to him I have been a loyal customer of yours and I would not do such a thing. I am very disappointed and I think it’s very wrongful for a place that you have been a very loyal customer to, to accuse you of doing such a thing. I would never go back ever again.

I love Nicole because she’s very gentle and does a good job. I always call ahead of time for an appointment because I have an infant at home; they know that and Nicole always tries to get me out in a reasonable amount of time. The owners wife started cutting my nails and then told me to move. Left sharp corners and told me to go get my pedicure. She was in the middle of doing my nails. She wanted to take another customer. The owner kept coming over and saying we move people around all the time (not once they start doing someone’s nails). When they started doing my pedicure they were filing my toe nails and I told them they were going too low and it hurt and they kept going. I asked for another coat of the color since I wanted it a little darker and the owner started arguing with me that I should have just pick another color if I wanted it darker. When I finally got to get get nails done it was the same thing. I wanted another coat of the color and they were arguing with me about picking a different color if I wanted it darker. They didn’t even take all of the nails polish I had on before off. You could see it though the new color. I had gone enough times and had a reward card filled out. The owner wouldn’t honor the card. He wouldn’t take off the price of a regular manicure. That’s what the reward card is for. They honored it for the girl sitting next to me. I will never go back to this place. I have recommended this place to so many people over the years. I have everyone to not go back.

Its a little bit of a weird nail salon and might seem like they are dirty, but décor is just outdated and old. They use all clean tools and their pedicure chairs are clean to. For the price you are paying they do a damn good job. Gel manicure and pedicure for $25 ill take it!
