We have been going here for years. This place has gone down hill fast. Not only when the cut my cuticles the cut my side of my figer causing me to bleed like crazzy. That I got over. But withing an hour after leaving my daughers nail starting popping off. We went back the next day and I told them what happened. They lady preceded to tell me my daughter picked at them. When I politely told her no that she does not do that (she has gotten her nails done alot this is the first time we had a problem with them popping off) she rolled her eyes and told us to sit down. I pricedes to sit and as she walked away she said “that’s why I don’t like doing kids they always pick at them. “. I took my children outside and came back in without them. I told her I don’t appreciate her calling my child a lier . I felt this was pore business practice and how to treat clients. We go atleast once a month to get both of our nails done. She has never picked at them before. They have lost a long time client. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a horrible place to get your nails done especially by the lady Donna. She sits on her phone watching videos while doing your nails and as a result her work is very poor in quality and looks. She doesn’t do what you request the nails are crooked, thick shaped, irregular shape, each finger has a different diameter and then when you ask her to do them over she get an attitude. And then she will charge you for her mistakes. So buyer beware of this salon and Donna.

While on vacation, my mother and I decided to get our nails done at No. One Nail Salon. My mother called and made reservations at 5 p.m. for both of us. When we arrived there was a line of numerous people waiting that had walked in but since we had reservations our wait was only about 15 minutes. My nail technician was Kelly and she did an amazing job and I was highly impressed with the services. As my mother has been coming to the salon for many years and she always gives praises to Kelly and now I see why. Very clean salon and everyone was very courteous during our visit…

I was uncomfortable when I walked in. Treated me very poorly to where I left. Bad customer service. I asked if they did eyebrows I was told NO rudely. When I left a white customer got up and opened the door and propped it open as if I had a disease and they had to air the place out. I was outside in car and I own the store next to them. The Chinese woman saw I was still outside and got up and closed the door. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. IT DOESNT TAKE MUCH TO BE KIND. YOU OWN A BUSINESS. DONT PICK AND CHOOSE WHO YOU WANT TO SERVICE.

I wanted to try a new nail salon and a friend recommended #1 nails. I went about 1pm and it wasn’t busy, they got me right in which was nice bc I had my toddler with me. The nail tech worked quickly and accurately. The nail sander was a little hot and touched my finger and burned a couple times but never left a mark that’s why I gave them a 4 star rating instead of 5. The acrylic burned slightly where the sander rubbed as well. The finished product was a full set and gel polish. The nails are perfect not too thick or thin, well shaped and look great! They are not brittle and feel natural! It’s hard to find a place that has good quality and good prices! I paid slightly less than expected as well which was a bonus! I will recommend them again and I will be returning again for my next fill in and sets.
