The workers are rude, the customers are rude. I payed 35$ for a pedicure and acrylic nail removal because some fell off. They didn’t bother to remove my acrylic nails when I payed for them to do it. When I asked for them to do it they said it was 10$ more when I had already payed before hand for them to do it!!! They cut the skin on my toe too deep when giving a pedicure. They literally painted over my chipped acrylic nails and sent me home like that. Please spend your money and time else where. They will rip you off and pretend they don’t know English when you confront them about it.

Their value has gone down based on their massage quality declining. There is definitely less effort verses when I first starting going here. I usually tip $5 for the $25 massage. But these guys actually frown upon you and ask you to make it $10. And then charge $1 for using a credit card.

I was going this place for more than year nice but today I have the most humiliating experience I call before asking for the lady I like to give me service they said ok she is available I arrive there start my session after few minutes some one alse got there and just like ok she’s going to be busy some one alse is going to finish with you I feel so humiliated because I’m Latina my money has value to I paid for the service I never ask them for anything free is so unprofessional and unrespectful nasty actions
