Critical: ProfessionalismCalled on Sunday to make an appointment. Owner had an attitude cause they notified me $20 deposit to book & goes towards service. Booked me with Michael asked if there was someone else. DROP OFF DEPOSIT 1st time I visited the establishment Michael went filed my nails in round shape . My nail shape was square. TUESDAY get to appointment files my nail unevenly so 1 corner is sticking out ask him politely to fix it . Acting like I’m annoying him by telling him to do it properly. The owner is sitting in next booth working on another customer & hears that I ask him politely to file my nail evenly. If you needed a break let another manicurist work on my manicure. I CARE ABOUT MY NAILS . I FEEL I WAS TREATED UNFAIRLY CAUSE MY ETHNICITY ISN’T AFRICAN AMERICAN/HISPANIC . HE WANTED ME TO ACT IRRATIONAL. IM NOT GOING LET ANYONE TAKE ME OUT OF CHARACTER. IM NOT IN MY 20’s anymore. IM PAYING FOR A SERVICE FOR MY GEL MANICURE TO LOOK GOOD & NOT START FADING UNTIL 2nd WEEK If you notice nail polish bottle is almost finished get another bottle. I KNOW COVID PUT A HUGE DAMPER ON GETTING PRODUCTS .IM NOT PAYING CHEAPLY FOR SERVICES. Chipped on the side 1st day. MY NAILS ARE CHIPPED & JAGGED look at my right hand ring finger it shows he didn’t file my nail evenly. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR NATURAL NAILS DON’T GET YOUR MANICURE DONE BY MICHAEL .
