i’ve been here twice and i love my nails when i leave. they always do impeccable service and the staff is very nice and funny. quick and easy. Their work is not bad, they are gentle and take their time. The nail look ok, I am not in love with them, I will probably reshape them my self as the are thick for my finger. I wish they would have informed me about prices a square tip and “matte finish” was $15 extra, same for the pedicure $15 extra juts for gel. Ended paying $118 for not to be in love with them, other salons around would have been $100. May be if I would have been aware of the added prices I would have not feel as annoyed, I had call previously and ask about prices.

I called and was booked quickly, I came in and they quickly seated me for my appointment. Jessie was very detailed oriented, friendly, and helped me select colors that flattered me. She always checked to see if the water was too hot, if I was uncomfortable, and clarified what I was looking for before moving ahead with my pedicure & gel mani. The gentlemen who did my French gel mani did a great job. Everyone was very polite & welcoming, very professional and the salon was very clean. I also appreciate the mask requirement, I felt safer knowing all the nail techs and customers were were masks. Highly recommend this place & will be returning for my next nail appointments. I’ve been trying to find a good nail place in Pembroke Pines for awhile since my previous regular nail salon hasn’t been the same. Wow, this place is great! I called and was booked quickly, I came in and they quickly seated me for my appointment. Jessie was very detailed oriented, friendly, and helped me select colors that flattered me. Came here for FILLING in my acrylics and was charged $43 for a sloppy job.. the guy didn’t even measure my nails were the same Length nor that they looked symmetrically well. HORRIBLE’ you can see the old nails (picture) and I have had fillings that you don’t see there was an old acrylic.. and he left my nails looking lumpy. I would NOT go back. Worst $$ spent ever.

Hands down the WORST gel manicure I’ve had. I decided to try a new place since my lady is on vacation and I wish I didn’t. I got cut, my cuticles were painted on. A lady attempted to fix them and neglected to see the issue. No wonder I was able to walk in. The best thing was the color I picked. Stay away

I don’t leave reviews but today is an exception. I had an appointment at 12 with the owner (who sits at the first station). This young lady has a nasty attitude and very unprofessional! Don’t be fooled by their website. Although it’s Saturday, there was only 5 customers (me included in this total) at the salon. It is unclear why she was rude and seemed irritated. I have experienced bad customer service from nail techs but it was shocking to see the owner displaying this behavior. This women needs to realize that her type of business provides services that are luxury, not a necessity and there are nail salons on every block. With all honesty, I was not happy with her work (I’m referring to dip powder not sure about the other services). I had to file and reshape my nails. The only reason I chose this salon is because I was coming here prior to the new ownership and its location is convenient for me. Never ever will I return.
