What an absolutely amazing nail salon! My usual spot was closed so I tried them out; being able to conveniently book online was the best and really saved me time. I was greeted with so much friendly enthusiasm and had the sweetest tech. I opted last minute to spring for the premium rather than my planned deluxe and I’m so happy I did; it was such a treat to be able to relax fully with a book while receiving the best pedicure of my life! I’m not certain but I believe my tech’s name was Mai and she did a beautiful job. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you ❤️

This is late coming but the night before my wedding I realized I had yet to get my nails done in the chaos at preparing for everything! We walked in at like 8 or 9 pm and we’re surprised the door was open. Well, they were surprised to see us. Turns out, they were there to do some painting or some repair to the building. When we told them I was getting married the next day, they graciously agreed to do my nails! And these were acrylic too! My nails came out beautiful and at such a good price. Seriously so grateful for them and what they were willing to do!

I went in yesterday and I was very upset. She was rushing through because she said she had an appointment which that person didn’t seem to have came. I asked for the second picture to get that nail shape and this is what she delivered. She also seemed mad and it felt like she was taking it out on my nails. I had to finally tell her “you’re hurting me” after the 20th time. I didn’t realize my nails looked that bad until I took this picture. She barely filed them down and didn’t take her time. They’re so thick. Honestly she didn’t deserve a tip. I think she felt bad because she started to change her attitude up after and gave me her card but you should not be unprofessional taking your anger out on a customer hands. Now I’m going to have to spend more money to fix them. I won’t be a returning customer

This place was great and then my favorite nail tech went away. The owner or person in charge kept lying about them coming back. I’m not very picky about who does my nails so I kept coming back but she just does a horrible job. They are super sweet though I just wish they did nails better.

I came in on my birthday with two friends and we all had an appointment at 6. The women instantly started on their nails while I was left waiting there for thirty minutes. Planned my day around this appointment and didn’t have enough time to wait an additional thirty minutes. Don’t value customers time!

I went during happy hour, the owner again charged me regular price and said she forgot. Now I know this is a routine for her. She made the adjustment but she is really rude and sly with the money. Gave $12 tip and she complained. Are you kitting me, did I give too much! Staff is good but do you really want to support a wicked owner who reaps in the profits??
