Hello normally I have always been satisfied with the service and have been going there for about 4-5 years.On Saturday I dropped a nail polish accidentally I have carpal tunnel and every once in a while I can’t grip things so that’s why I dropped it.I was brought a trash can and told to clean it up as if I were a naughty child.After waiting a while the lady came to me and told me she would be painting her customers nails and then after she further cleaned up the mess she would then be able to start on us.The whole time she was doing my nails she was not really nice at all I tried making polite conversation with her but I could tell she was not happy with me.She was really nice to other people coming in so I knew she was not happy with me.I did tip her and paid 5$ for the nail polish. I had even brought along a new customer.I felt so embarrassed and upset at the way I was treated but I didn’t feel like I had to explain my disability to them.I likely will not go back.

Pedi is always great, but got a manicure and it was horrible. Polish smeared on my thumbs and I was leaving so couldn’t go back and get it fixed. Then two days later the polish is wearing off on the tips of the nails.

I’ve always gone to NM nails but I noticed that the service has gotten really poor and it doesn’t seem like the owner cares about her customers. I just started a new job and was excited that I had the day off I went in to get a pedicure and a new set one of the male nail technicians cut my toenails too short and my new set had Globs of acrylic in certain spots he also drilled my skin until it bled. It ruined my day never again…….

I have been doing my nails here since they opened. They are always friendly, professional, and my nails stay great. If I break one occasionally, I just call Tam and she gets me in right away to fix it. Tam,Lou,Mimi,and Kim are all Amazing!

The first few times I went I had no issues. Then one my nails was put on was crooked, I thought it would be a one off situation and convinced my step daughter’s to get their nails done there too. They were too thick, crooked and the gel polished peeled of in days. I continued to go because they were so nice and gave them one more chance. The gel polished peeled the following day so I went back and the owner tells me ” oh you didn’t leave them in long enough” she took off the color and redid them and charged me. I will never go back.
