Critical: QualityI don’t know why this place has such good reviews. I’ve had my nails done here 3 times because it’s where my mom goes and twice it hasn’t been great. Today the owner did my nails. I’ve never had a worse pedicure. He cut my nails way too short. There is nail polish on my skin, and there’s skin he didn’t cut off. In some places, there isn’t nail polish on my nails. And, it’s more expensive. I paid $40 for a basic gel pedicure, and it looks like I painted them. So annoyed.I don’t know why this place has such good reviews. I don’t know why this place has such good reviews. I’ve had my nails done here 3 times because it’s where my mom goes and twice it hasn’t been great. Today the owner did my nails. I’ve never had a worse pedicure. He cut my nails way too short. There is nail polish on my skin, and there’s skin he didn’t cut off. In some places, there isn’t nail polish on my nails. I love Noom here. She is always so nice and does an amazing job. I always get a manicure and a pedicure. I chew my fingernails a lot so I am always worried they wont ne able to make them look nice. Boy was I mistaken! Even though they are little nubs she did a fantastic job and greatly appreciate her. The prices are very fair and you wont regret coming here.

Been here twice first time I thought maybe a bad day so I came back big mistake! These people are horrible at their job worse pedicure ever!!!! No cutting of the cuticles no cleaning under the nail bare minimum work. I also had an appointment and I had to wait before I could even soak my feet and had the nerve to ask no tip I got a tip but you ain’t gonna like it.

She didn’t cut her nails, didn’t clean her feet. She came in with dirt because she was working in her garden before, and still had the dirt from the garden when we were done. Critical: Quality, ValueI paid over $70 for just a regular gel manicure and pedicure and the NEXT DAY I have to go back because one whole fingernail and toe polish came off.. now here I am today one week later with 3 nails missing all the gel and about two others chipped!
