I liked this place at first because you don’t need an appointment and they’re pretty quick. However, both gel manicures I’ve gotten here have started chipping and lifting in less than a week (between 4 and 6 days in). That’s pretty disappointing. Most gel manicures from other salons last 2-3 weeks so I’m not sure what the issue is here. Sadly I will probably avoid this place in the future!

I went in for a fill & they only fixed one nail & changed color . They charged me $105 which seems like a lot for a fill & just fixing one nail . It’s been 5 days & that one nail they repaired is now broken. I will not be coming back here. I don appreciate being scammed on the receipt it say she charged me $30 for gems WTFUCKKKK ???? And $30 for length I’m confused becuase she didn’t even do my nails she only filled them the techs name is le.

I used to love this place! Came so many times and when I usually do, I like to sit and relax, I asked for a refill. I usually get my nails done with Jackie but this time was different. She was busy (because she’s good) unfortunately my old color wasn’t properly removed. By the time she was doing the new acrylic I was seeing the old color still, you can see a couple of big air bubbles between the old and the new acrylic. When I asked her she responded with a bad attitude: “either way I’m gonna out color on top. If I do it right it will cost you more money”. I work as customer service manager and I understand that if I’m sitting in one of those chairs I’m gonna get a good service, with quality and that I’m gonna pay for it. Nobody goes expecting a good service for free. I’ll keep going because they’re some ladies that are wonderful. But todays attention was awful!

My Son gave me $100 gift card to NK salon. I think they’re quite expensive but the first time I went it was $70 for a dip. I went back a month later and I had a receipt that showed $30 credit and they would not accept it. The man lady kept arguing with me over and over, and the place was very crowded. I tipped the girl that did my nails generously, but I told him I’m not paying it. They must have records to show the balance to do and instead of checking, he argued with me again.. he told me not to come back and tried to take my picture. No, thank you I won’t be back.

I felt like I should have paid for the classic pedicure for $25. I got the Deluxe pedicure for $40, eyebrow cleanup and a manicure for a total of $80. I got a rush job that left me feeling like I should have went to my regular nail shop in Renton. Friendly place but I got better service for $50 at Philly Nail Spa, when I leave Philly I feel like I got brand new feet. Felt like I cut my own nails at NK. Someone told me they didn’t like my eyebrows cleanup tonight Too. So imagine, I paid $30 more than I normally pay and I’m not satisfied with the results.

Liked it. I am a male 60+ did the pedicure and manicure( both at the same time! Not my idea) they have a lot of workers. So they can do both at the same time. You need to choose your complimentary drink and what kind of pedicure you want. Lots to choose from. My total for both was $60 ($35 for the pedicure and $25 for the manicure). Gave a 20% tip. Pedi was a little more attentive than the mani.
