I’ve been going here for months and the experience has always been great. I had to take two months off and came back today, Saturday, with my 13yo daughter to get our nails done for my brother’s wedding tomorrow. This was my daughter’s first spa experience. We had a 9:30am appointment for Tran and when we showed up they never told me Tran wasn’t working today (strike 1). I was then told they couldn’t do the special design on my toes because they were too busy (strike 2). The paint on my toenails don’t even look pleasant (strike 3). They then tell us they cannot do the basic painted design on my daughter’s nails because they didn’t have anyone there today is capable of designs (strike 4). They put stickers on my daughter’s nails which nastily curled up on the sides and her nails look horrible (strike 5) and the whole way home she was trying not to cry and immediately hid in her room upon returning home. Lastly, we were there 9:30am to 1:15pm for this horrible experience. We were charged full price for this experience ($180) and the only thing we got was apologies and not charged for the curling stickers.

Super good experience 🙂 staff is very friendly, the salon is clean and cute and Lily did a wonderful job on my nails in a pretty quick amount of time for the amount of detail ! I’ve been going here for about 2 months now and the quality of their work has been consistently perfect and on point! I’ve been looking for a nail salon to make it my regular place to go, (I’ve been looking for 5 years), and now I’ve found it. Everyone is so friendly! I’ve had acrylics, gel polish and pedicures and now dip powder done here and they really listen to what you want and they make it happen. If you want great looking nails and amazing service, this is the place to go!

I’ve only been going here for a couple of months and the first time I went trained in my nails and I was very very impressed with the speed of service and the quality of work and how clean and everything was and how beautiful my nails turned out. Today I win and Tran was out so Angel did my nails and what true great job she did I love them I get so many compliments on my hands my fingers so I just wanted to share my experience and say I love this place I will keep going back they’re clean they’re sweet and they really take care of their customers I’m very impressed I will be returning so thank you ladies

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Ill never in my life go there again ,EVER. lady put the wrong tips and mad when i told her thats not what tips i wanted, nevet asked me in the first place. Very aggressive when her was filing my nails. acrylic burn and thats never happened. terrible, dont not recommended for anything .

My toe is currently pulsing because the lady cut my cuticle bad and made me bleed. Instead of disinfecting the area with alcohol or soap+water she put nail glue to stop the bleeding. I was a fan of this place, but NOT anymore. Now I’m hoping I don’t get a nail infection!

I was a consistent weekly/biweekly customer. Customer Service and general service sucks since Simon left! Employee rushed my pedi and front desk chic was on her phone the whole time…. They didn’t want to serve our drinks and never refilled them as requested….First time ever, I never tipped anyone! Never Again! Save your money, and go elsewhere!

Not what it used to be. I used to go here every other Sunday. I went recently for a mani and pedi. I got the gel Polish on my toes. I like gel because it lasts longer…but not from here. They missed corners and it’s like it’s rubbing off on the tips of my toe nails. I got dip powder on my finger nails. What a mess this is, not clean looking at all. It was a much better salon when the old manager was there. At least I think he was a manager. It was a man who constantly walked around to check on every customer. I’m dissatisfied with this place now. I’ll be looking for a new home salon
