Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDid a terrible job. Very sloppy work. Left white nail polish on my hands, didn’t paint entire finger nail. I had asked for a simple heart and was told “this is close enough” to a heart. I highly recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a very rough day and I suggested to my friend to get my nails done back in October of 2020. She suggested we go to NK nails as she been going for a long time. I went in and they were so welcoming. They did what I asked for and it was amazing. Nick and Kim are so funny and they actually talk to you and care. I have been to other nail salons who do not talk to you at all unless it’s nail related and it’s boring, some talk about you! They both do amazing work as well. I love going here. Before coming here I would only get my nails done a few times a year. Now I go every two weeks to get a refill and I am never disappointed. I messed up my nails and was afraid I was going to loose them but nick was able to fix them with his magic. These two people do amazing work! I had a very rough day and I suggested to my friend to get my nails done back in October of 2020. She suggested we go to NK nails as she been going for a long time. I went in and they were so welcoming. They did what I asked for and it was amazing. Nick and Kim are so funny and they actually talk to you and care. I tried other places throughout the years out of convenience and I was disappointed every time. Now I won’t go to anyone else. They always do what is right for a customer. I’ve been going to get my nails done with the owners for 14+ years. I followed them from their previous place. I tried other places throughout the years out of convenience and I was disappointed every time. Now I won’t go to anyone else. They always do what is right for a customer. They fix anything with no questions asked but I personally have never had to have anything repaired unless I messed up my own nails. Kim and Nick are great people.
