Absolutely loved the service. Even if your tender headed, the owner has every tool to be sure there is no pain. Half the time I barely felt anything. Great smelling oils for your hair and the shop. Big dryers in comfortable seats. She is very knowledgeable so our conversation lasted the service but she has relaxing meditation music playing in case you just want to keep quiet. I 100% recommend thus shop. The service is premium quality and the pricing is complete affordable.

Don’t be deterred by the location (but always be aware of your surroundings). The service Queen provides is professional and her suite is neat and clean. Queen seems to have a great rapport with the other stylist. The atmosphere is friendly. And my hair looks amazing. Can’t wait to see what she does next. There is a convenience store at the location and a cafe. Plenty of parking. Didn’t see security or cameras but it doesn’t mean they aren’t there or available in evening hours.

New to locs.. Came in with two strand twist method and pulled back in ponytail. Queen made me very comfortable with our conversations didn’t take long at all. Very professional and courteous. I definitely will be going back in my 3 weeks time.
