IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. I had a 12:00 appointment. I was going to sit my tumbler on the side shelf but it was too big for the opening and the receptionist sat it on a cart at the station. Holly the manager (who is always rude) knocked it over when I went to the rest room and when I got back and asked about it, She told me “ I thought it was coffee”. WTH?? What does that matter? No apology. Was put in a pedicure seat with cold water, no heat, no bubbles for 30 minutes while I watched my nail girl do a “walk in” without an appointment during my appointment time. At this point it’s 35 min after my appointment time. Ordered the sugar pedicure, which was rushed, no leg massage given. Again, rushed through my fill and gel paint. At end of painting was given a squirt of hand cream and told to rub it in. No hand, wrist and arm massage. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

It’s the lack of respect for other peoples time for me. I was excited for a fun relaxing pedicure with my sister and step mom but this experience was far from relaxing. We scheduled appointments in advance and arrived 10 minutes early. The appointments were scheduled for 1pm. It took them 20 minutes to seat us, and another 30 minutes for someone to actually start the pedicure. It was a below average pedicure and was completely rushed. My advice to this salon is to learn how to properly schedule appointments and be upfront and honest about the time commitment. I would rather them tell me they didn’t have the time then to have to go through that again on my day off.

Critical: ProfessionalismI always come here and they do what they want not what I asked most of the time. I think they were short staffed bc they rushed me and the sides of my nails are not painted. I keep telling myself I’m not coming back it’s just so convenient but this is last straw. I like most of them but if I’m going to give some 100 plus tips I at least want my full nail pain. I tried calling to make an appointment. I asked for a gel with a hardening overlay (layer) for thin nails. The receptionist had no idea what I was talking about. I will try another time and just walk in. It is possible there was a misunderstanding. Ultimately I went to another salon, which was frustrating in the moment bc I have heard good things about Njoy Salon!

I am beyond upset that it takes an hour to get a fill and I had to walk out not painted. They refused to help me as their last customer of the day when they close. I already paid for it too and they will not refund me. They know I’m loyal and give free samples from my own company to help them. And they still told me ITS MY PROBLEM. No wonder I get constant complaints from my own customers about this place. DO NOT GO!

I had a great dip manicure which I am very pleased with, but this is the second time I’ve been overcharged. I didn’t have gel removal, just regular polish removal. I also got an eyebrow wax. Charge was $70 before tip. Should have been 45 plus 15. I unfortunately will need to try a different salon. Manicure

Really clean and friendly place. They are BUSY and dont really give you much time after a pedicure so I was worried if it would be dry enough, but if you mess up the nails on the way out (dinged it getting in the car and ran back in), they will fix it so the service is pretty awesome.

The woman who did my pedi was SO rough, turning and twisting my feet in uncomfortable positions. After less than 2 weeks, my gel mani is lifting on the edges of some nails. Usually my manis last for 3-4 weeks before my nails have grown out enough that I schedule an appointment. The worst mani and pedi I’ve had since moving to AZ. This salon is in need of some upkeep if it wants to compete with others in the area. The woman who did my pedi was SO rough, turning and twisting my feet in uncomfortable positions. After less than 2 weeks, my gel mani is lifting on the edges of some nails. Usually my manis last for 3-4 weeks before my nails have grown out enough that I schedule an appointment. I won’t be going back to this salon.

NJoy Nails is a great nail salon close by my house. It’s convenient, clean, and I typically get great service. I feel that it’s a little pricey when compared to other nail salons, but its convenience more than makes up for it.

I once was not satisfy with the quality a different tech had done and complained, the owner was super rude!! I once was not satisfy with the quality a different tech had done and complained, the owner was super rude!! They are pricey and I am OK paying more BUT if only they had good quality techs and if the owner knew how to deal with quality issues, but no… so I am not going back, I found a way better salon very close by. 🙂
