Honestly wouldn’t recommend. First time coming here, I work close by & had high hopes. I wanted to make this my feet spot so bad! Absolutely not. As soon as I walk in I notice it’s empty, more workers than customers, on a Friday afternoon. This could be good or bad. I’m greeted by man, I tell him I want a French pedicure regular polish. He begins to haggle me about getting gel, we go back and forth until he finally gives in and tells me go to the back. I get seated & a workers starts on my feet, she doesn’t put anything into the water besides soap, my feet doesn’t soak at all, she immediately starts working on them. She rushes my feet, done in less than 15 minutes, keep in mind there’s no one in the shop. She’s very rough but I honestly don’t even mind. When she paints my toes she’s rushing, she does the first foot for the French and ask is it ok, I say NO, it could be smaller but you can keep going since you did 4 toes already, she said “no this is good” I chose to ignore that. When she does the other foot I noticed that either the lines are crooked or she did not cut my toes straight. I ask her to redo it & fix the cut. She gets an attitude and tells someone else to do my feet. The other person is nicer and does take her time but she did not want to start over by cutting my toes nails to be even. Long story short, I won’t be returning here. Not worth it at all. Save your money, time & energy.

Possibly the worst treatment and most filthy place I’ve ever gotten treatment at, with poor customer service. The paint on my manicure chipped a day later, filthy bed for wax where I broke out a day later too (I’ve waxed for over 5 years and have never broken out). Definitely DO NOT recommend! They rush my $28 pedicure and had the nerve to use $1 soft soap after I asked if she was going to put anything in the water! Then used the $1 soft soap again when scrubbing the bottoms of my feet! Pedicure took a rushed 15 minutes! Then the acrylic/gel manicure, OMG! The guy was so rough and filed the skin on my nails and I have so many cuts and it’s extremely painful when any liquid touches my nails. Lesson learned, their prices went up, and quality of service went way down! This place definitely needs to learn the concept of booking appointments in advance. As someone who doesn’t have a lot of free time,I try my best to book appointments in advance.However,I can never seem to be serviced at my appointment time.There’s always an excuse as to why there’s someone else in my time slot.Then I’m giving the option to either wait for 45mins-an hour or have the service done by another person who I did not request.They really need to learn that customers book appointments for their convenience and personal schedules and take that into consideration. I believe if they cared about repeat clients instead of seeing everyone as a just a dollar sign,their customer service to their regulars would be much better.

Since moving to North Jersey, the struggle to find a decent nail salon has been real. I stopped into this place and gave it a try since there was no one waiting (which should’ve been a sign). First off, it is not especially clean – it looks pretty run down and a bit dirty. I got a pedicure first and they used $1 SoftSoap hand soap to create bubbles… ew. They also used to hand soap to scrub and a rough brush that I’m not entirely sure was new (ew). The nail design I showed looked nothing like what I got and two nails broke within the week. She cleaned the heels of my feet well, but the cuticles/toenails? She filed crockedly and there are still cuticles on the nail. Was $28 and I gave her $3 as a tip, again, no painting was done. This is unacceptable for the price. Anything that does go wrong he fixes with no charge even a week later. I always leave this salon satisfied and never disappointed.
