Was serviced by Tiana. She is a very sweet young lady. I had a wash, deep conditioner, trim and silk press with pin curls. I would say I’m satisfied overall. The environment was calm and professional. I really appreciate the appointments between clients is conscious of everyone’s time. The entire service took about 2 hours. Will be back.

This is a very nice black owned hair salon. The decor is modern & very clean. All the stylist were very knowledgeable. I was grateful to have the owner of the salon do my hair. Her name was Salima(might be wrong spelling). I got my hair dyed and they did a deep conditioning, steam treatment, silk wrap & a few other things to help my hair.(I have natural hair). Anywho i would recommend this salon, I actually already have reccomened it to 3 women. I would make an appointment before you go & be prepared to spend all day there, well depending on what u get I assume. That’s the only down fall I was there allllll day, which took up my entire Saturday. Other then that I will be going back.

They did such an awesome job braiding my hair. I originally went in for trim and braid and she said I didn’t need the trim yet which I appreciate. She asked questions about my last hair salon experience and made suggestions on my haircare. I’m looking forward to going back for a trim after I take out my crochet . Thanks NJ Hair Studio!

The staff is amazing!!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and promptly provided service. I was asked about my comfort level multiple times-unlike another salon I went to prior. The atmosphere was just so warm. I felt like they really care about their clients. Now my hair? LOVEEEE IT!!!! It came out very nice! Tons of curls which I love. Body. It just felt great!! Love my new hair style! I got a pixie cut and style and she did so well! She was really gentle and kept making sure I was okay and let me know before she did anything. This salon is great! The people who work there were so nice and took the time to see me early for a consultation before my appointment to be sure i was getting exactly what i wanted. The salon is very clean and my hair came out amazing!!!! Love…love….love it. If you are looking for a new place…do not hesitate. I am scared to leave my hair care to anybody but i took a chance and I am so glad i did.
