Nixon & Co Salon & Boutique

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityFor my first time in this was the absolute best experience in a hair salon I’ve ever had! I really needed a change, something that would help me take a big step forward. First off the salon and boutique are the cutest, cleanest most welcoming space to be in. Second this review is really for Amber, my appointment was with her, she took my ideas and got creative with the inspiration of me wanting “pop & edge.” She did exactly that, my hair looks incredible, Feels incredible, this is by far the best my hair has ever looked lol the cut, the color it’s just stunning, cute and so fun exactly what I needed! On top of all this it was just an absolute pleasure talking with her the whole time! I have so much appreciation she lended an ear as I just talked and talked. She is a sweetheart, and gave me a little neck massage and the best scalp massage during my shampooing. I was at the salon for almost 4 hours and it honestly didn’t feel like that long at all, good company and treating yourself makes time fly! For my first time in this was the absolute best experience in a hair salon I’ve ever had! I really needed a change, something that would help me take a big step forward. First off the salon and boutique are the cutest, cleanest most welcoming space to be in. Second this review is really for Amber, my appointment was with her, she took my ideas and got creative with the inspiration of me wanting “pop & edge.” She did exactly that, my hair looks incredible, Feels incredible, this is by far the best my hair has ever looked lol the cut, the color it’s just stunning, cute and so fun exactly what I needed! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI just went to Nixon and Company today for the first time and had a hair appointment with Lauren. It was technically a color correction from all the bad work I’ve had done on my hair in the past from other salons. It looked pretty bad when I walked in and I’m very picky about my hair. However, I immediately was hopefully when I walked in to Nixon and Co.’s incredibly clean and relaxing environment. The boutique and salon have an impeccable ambiance, and service wise, I have never had a better hair appointment and have never left a salon as happy and satisfied with the outcome as I did today. My hair looks insanely beautiful. I was shocked that Lauren was even able to achieve the gorgeously blended result that she did. She was fantastic as well as professional and calculated with her color application. To give a better point of reference, I will share that when I walked into the salon my hair was orange/gold on the ends and had a harsh line where a bad reddish brown shadow root had been applied by another salon. When I walked out, my roots where blended and matched precisely to my own natural color, a rich brown, and was blended down into a cool beige bronde (brown/blonde) that has so much dimension it looks like a true balayage. I couldn’t be happier and am so thrilled to have found a salon close to home with a fantastic stylist. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future. I highly suggest you to check out Nixon and Company if you haven’t been happy with your hair in the past and are looking for a new salon. And I also highly suggest Lauren as a stylist (I haven’t tried any other stylists and won’t now that I found one that I’m very happy with, but I’m sure they are all great). I just went to Nixon and Company today for the first time and had a hair appointment with Lauren. It was technically a color correction from all the bad work I’ve had done on my hair in the past from other salons. It looked pretty bad when I walked in and I’m very picky about my hair. Whenever I’m in the shop I feel so welcome, they always help me pick out the best items. I recently placed an order online and received a personal email stating that an item was back ordered which I really appreciated! Nothing is worse than placing an order that arrives late with no explanation. Not only did I receive the email but I also received a text message when the product arrived in store modeling the size options (which i had been on the fence about). I felt so valued as a customer. As if that weren’t enough when my package arrived there was a hand written letter, a chapstick and a coupon code for 20% off my next order. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Whenever I’m in the shop I feel so welcome, they always help me pick out the best items. I recently placed an order online and received a personal email stating that an item was back ordered which I really appreciated!
