Critical: QualityI don’t like to give bad reviews and my intention is not to harm this business but I feel is necessary to warn others. I feel was ripped off by this business. I paid $450 to receive about 30 units of Botox to treat my frown and forehead lines. A month has already passed since I received it and I still don’t see any difference in my expression lines. I went back to the Spa and and the doctor gave me 3 units free of charge on my frown area and saw a slight difference. I feel I was not injected the 30 units of Botox I originally paid for, or the doctor just injected me plain saline solution. I typically get 30 units at my regular plastic surgeon’s office and it has always work very well for me. The only reason why I went to this place is because my plastic surgeon is out of the area. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have been coming here for a while now, love the microderms, just tried the microderm and peel combo. I would recommend this place. Never any issues with scheduling or customer service. Faye is always great and knows me by face and name.
