I have been going to Nitya’s Yoga & Bodyworks for several months. Given that I have 2 herniated discs in my neck, I have been in chronic pain for years. I have been working with Ashlie doing yoga and massage therapy. My muscles are looser and I am finding I have more pain free days now. The studio is beautiful and I always feel welcome.
