I would give 4.5, but that’s not an option – I got the Royal Pedicure with French tips and my technician did a great job – the half star would only be taken off because I requested a flower on the big toes and she said she’d only do that if I were getting color, not tips. I did get flowers the last time I was in, so I know it can be done there. I tacked on a simple manicure at the last minute and they accommodated this and did a nice job with that, too. I expect I will return here again in the future. I took pictures of their menu as I didn’t find it anywhere else (after what was, admittedly, a brief search).

The ladies working there are extremely nice. The pedicure experience was very relaxing. The toenail polish job seemed a little rushed so it’s a slightly flawed, but you can’t tell from far away. I’d still go back.

If I was only rating the pedicure it would be 5 ⭐’s. If I was rating just the manicure, it’d only be 1 ⭐. So I averaged the rating to 3 ⭐’s. The royal pedicure is TO DIE FOR. Me and my bae decided to pamper ourselves & we were not disappointed with the pedi’s! We were walking out of this salon on clouds from heaven!

Great to get pedicures at, but if you want a good manicure find a different salon. Just paid $60 for them to leave my nails covered in powders and have to go home to clean out under my nails and in the cracks of my cuticles. Could of done a better dip manicure at my house myself.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in with my daughter for birthday mani/pedis. Lena was so sweet with my daughter, had her laughing and was very attentive to make sure the water temperature was okay and that she was comfortable. I was helped by Michell and Kelly who were both so kind and patient with us. We even got some parting gifts! I was so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail that we will be back for our next big event! Thank you all so much! I went in with my daughter for birthday mani/pedis. Lena was so sweet with my daughter, had her laughing and was very attentive to make sure the water temperature was okay and that she was comfortable. I was helped by Michell and Kelly who were both so kind and patient with us. We even got some parting gifts! Critical: Quality5 stars for the toes. But the acrylic done by Anne was horrible, she didn’t check nail to nail from both Hands if the matched each other. Some were longer then then the other hand. I have nail guck from the acrylic still stuck under my nail. She didn’t know how to do any designs I asked for. Honestly feel like she didn’t even care to make them look good. Lazy work. Not my favorite experience. I usually do my nails myself but was going on vacation and couldn’t bring my manicure stuff so opted to get my nails done to last a few weeks. I already had my nails shaped how I like and had pushed my cuticles as I don’t like getting them cut, but she still filed my nails vigorously even after I insisted not to. She didn’t like they were slightly different lengths and kept complaining about how much shorter my index nails were, that I should cut them all. I had to keep saying I don’t mind them like that, I enjoy my natural nail lengths. I brought my own glass file but they still used one from the shop. They didn’t charge for the file, not sure if they reuse them but they kept it. My nails looked crooked after she filed them. I got a shellac French, $25. They only do the white tips here instead of the pink with the white, it may cost more to get a proper French. After everything she filed the end of my nails again, which I’ve never experienced before. I didn’t think they’d last too long, and was surprised they didn’t start peeling for a week. Overall they lasted the whole trip and I soaked them off at home after 2 weeks since they were peeling pretty bad. There was no wait to be seen, only one other customer at the time, it was awkward in there for me because it was so quiet. They did talk to each other a bit through the process but not as much as I have experienced in the past at other places, and it didn’t bother me. Tip is cash only. I felt obligated to, so I still tipped even though I was a little peeved at not getting the manicure I expected and having my nails ravaged by their file. I’m just glad they lasted the length of my trip, and I only had one nail year off. I’d pry come back if I needed my nails to last again, but I much prefer to do them myself otherwise.

I have been coming here a decent amount of times and my nails turned out great. I am not one to complain but I made an appt for a shellac manicure and showed up got in right away and while my nails we’re wrapped up in tin foil another lady comes in and wants a pedicure and manicure. The lady who was working on me left and started on the other lady I was waiting for about 15 min no apologies, or any explanation after she was done. I would recommend asking your customers if it’s okay to start on somebody else because then I might have been okay with waiting. But the lack of communication was the problem and because of this I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I have been going here since before I got married,… so that makes it 6 years now. Annie is my go to, only because she knows how picky I am with the shape of my nails. She also makes it personable and asks about my girls, and how bad my husband’s feet have got (LOL) I’ve gotten regular polish, shellac, dip, and solar. And I have always been taken care of. I’ve gone to other places just out of convenience, and have been left disappointed and to come back apologizing that I went somewhere else and have them fix my nails. It is always a nice welcome, and I have gotten to know a few of the lovely ladies that work there. I have sent a few friends there who have been happy with their nails, as well. Just make sure your telling them what you want. You can’t get mad when they do something you didn’t exactly want, but you kept quiet and got mad later about it. And sometimes their super busy, make an appointment. It’s worth it. Also, side note, if you make an appointment with annie, just know that she seems to be queen bee there, so she may start your nails and have to stop to make sure others are happy and taken care of and are being heard and understood. I don’t mind it, and she always takes the best care of me.
