Was trying to schedule an appointment for a fill and Jayda just left me hanging. I think she was waiting as long as she could so I would have to get a new set even though I just wanted a fill. She said she ordered lashes and was waiting for the confirmation order but my sister had ordered the same lashes and they came in 4 days.. it’s now been almost 3 weeks. I get if your busy stuff gets forgotten but I would rather have not wasted my time waiting cause now I have to get a full set from someone else when I could have just gotten a fill in the beginning from someone who wasn’t about to waste my time.

This place is amazing! After accidentally singeing off my eyelashes on vacation, Sam saved the day! My lashes are full and beautiful even a week later and I’m absolutely in love.
